30-day return window

We offer a **30-day return policy** from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to try our products and ensure they're right for your skin.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery  

Unopened and unused (due to health and safety regulations for skincare products)

In original packaging with all tags and labels intact

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged.

how to initiate a return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@prettibe.com  within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. domestic returns)
- Return instructions
- Return address

Step 4: Pack your items securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.

Step 5: Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Domestic U.S. Returns:  
We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States.

International Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us immediately at support@prettibe.com  with photos of the issue
2. We'll evaluate the problem and provide a solution within 24-48 hours
3. We'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days of receipt.

non-returnable items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)  

Products without original packaging or seals

Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"  

Gift cards  

Downloadable digital products (if applicable)

If you have questions about whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before making your purchase.

exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product:

1. Return your original item following our return process
2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

Tip: If you need a different product urgently, you can place a new order before returning the original item. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return.

refund process & timeline

Once we receive your return:

1. We'll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
2. You'll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund was approved
3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional **3-5 business days** for the refund to appear in your account

Total timeframe: Most customers receive their refund within 10-15 business days from when we receive the return.

Partial Refunds:  
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., opened packaging but unused product in cases of defects).

european union customers - 14-day cooling off period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, no justification required.

eu return requirements:

- Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, contact us at support@prettibe.com  within 14 days of receiving your order.

refund issues

Haven't received your refund after 15 business days?

1. Check with your bank or credit card company - processing times vary
2. Contact your payment provider to verify the refund status
3. If you still haven't received it, email us at support@prettibe.com with your order number. We're here to help resolve any refund delays.

cancellations

Before Your Order Ships:  
Contact us immediately at support@prettibe.com. If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

 

After Your Order Ships:  
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the package.

store credit option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? Let us know when initiating your return, and we'll issue store credit that never expires. Store credit is typically processed faster than refunds and can be used on any future PrettiBe purchase.

frequently asked questions

Can I return a product if I had an allergic reaction?  

No. Unfortunately, it is normal that a product, clean as it may be, makes a certain skin react. We hope it is not the case but it can happen. If you experienced an adverse reaction to one of our products, please stop using it immediately. 

What if my package was lost or stolen after delivery?  

Please contact us at support@prettibe.com.  We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and find a solution.

Do you restock returned items?  

No. For health and safety reasons, all returned skincare products are safely disposed of and never resold.

Can I return a gift?  

No, we do not accept returns for gifts.
