At PrettiBe, we're committed to getting your clean beauty essentials to you quickly and safely—whether you're across town or around the world. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Our FREE shipping offer covers only the 48 contiguous states.

international shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. PrettiBe is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or duties imposed by your destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an international order.

processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3-4 business days. We'll notify you of any delays.

We currently cannot ship to:

P.O. boxes for overnight shipping

Countries with active trade restrictions with the USA

lost or damaged packages

Domestic Orders:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

international orders:

Once your package leaves the U.S., delivery timelines and responsibility transfer to the international carrier and customs. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact your local postal service or customs office. We're happy to provide any documentation needed to assist with claims.

incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@prettibe.com. We'll do our best to update it before the package ships.

order consolidation

Placed multiple orders? If your orders are still being processed, we can combine them into one shipment to save on shipping costs. Contact us at support@prettibe.com within 24 hours of placing your second order, and we'll consolidate them for you.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes! We offer free returns on domestic U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery. For full details, please visit our Return & Exchange Policy.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

Most carriers will leave your package at your door or designated safe location. If signature confirmation is required, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up your package at a local facility.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@prettibe.com and we'll update your address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address—please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

How do I know if my order qualifies for free shipping?

All U.S. orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. The discount will be applied at checkout.

Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Yes! We ship to APO/FPO addresses at domestic shipping rates. Please allow additional time for delivery to military addresses.

What's the difference between business days and calendar days?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are not counted in processing or delivery timeframes.

Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

Possibly. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes determined by your destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your PrettiBe order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
